Baked Brie pairs perfectly with SweeTango apples and makes a great appetizer to comes together in a snap.
2 large SweeTango Apples, cored and cut into slices
1/2 lb wedge of brie, with rind trimmed off and cut into chunks
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (more to taste)
Flaky Sea salt
French bread, sliced
Preheat oven to 350. Add brie to oven-safe serving bowl and bake for 5-8 minutes until brie is soft and stir-able. Mix in honey, rosemary, and pinch of salt, and stir to combine. Serve immediately with sliced SweeTango apples and French bread.
