Whittier Fruit Farm

Whittier Fruit Farm was founded in 1974. Its production orchard, where SweeTango® apples are grown, is located in Appleton, New York. The orchard is located two miles south of the shoreline of Lake Ontario and its glacial lakebed, resulting in very flat, very fertile land that is great for growing apples. It also is a special spot, thanks to all of Whittier’s great fruit growing neighbors in and around Appleton.

Whittier Fruit Farm is passionate about growing high-quality fruit; caring for, restoring and protecting their natural resource base; constantly improving their integrated pest management program; and making their farms a great places to work.
