By accessing or using SweeTango.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms are provided by Next Big Thing, A Growers’ Cooperative (“Next Big Thing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the organization that cooperatively markets and promotes SweeTango® apples.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes related to learning about SweeTango apples, recipes, growers, and related resources. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it to distribute harmful content or spam.

Intellectual Property

SweeTango® is a registered trademark of Regents of the University of Minnesota. Content on this Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, and downloads—is owned by Next Big Thing, its partners, or licensed third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may download or share resources made available on the Site for the purposes described on the Site (for example, media kits or sell sheets), provided you do not alter trademarks or brand assets in a misleading way, and you follow any usage guidelines we provide. You may not sell Site content or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

User Submissions

If you contact us, enter a contest, or otherwise submit content through the Site, you grant Next Big Thing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content as needed to operate the Site and related promotions, subject to our Privacy Policy.
