This apple oatmeal breakfast bowl is full of fall flavor! You can easily throw this together in the morning by using instant flavored oatmeal as the base, and use store-bought toasted nuts. All that’s left to do if chop up a crisp SweeTango apple, and breakfast is served!
1 packet of brown sugar cinnamon flavoured instant oatmeal
1 large SweeTango apple
1 tbsp toasted almonds
1 tsp toasted pumpkin seeds, optional
Milk, to serve (if desired)
Prepare the instant oatmeal according to package directions.
Meanwhile, remove the core from the apple and chop into small pieces.
Roughly chop the toasted almonds.
Top the oatmeal with the chopped apple and almonds, then sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Add a splash of milk, if using, and serve immediately.
