Bakkers Acres is a self-serve fruit stand and farm. They grow and sell SweeTango, Honeycrisp, Gala , Mutsu, Zestar, Northern Spy, and many other apple varieties in season. They also grow apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and chestnuts. Map

Williamsburg, MI
Interwater Farms is a family affair run by Jack and Barbara White, as well as their four sons — David, Doug, Bill, and John. The family has always sold some of their crop to passers-by in a small fruit stand on the road leading to the farm. It was looked upon as, “something for the grandkids to do.” But the marketing operation grew as David’s daughter came in one day to announce, “Dad, there are too many of us out there!” Growing SweeTango apples allows the family to continue their commitment to providing high culinary-quality fruit to consumers while operating a sustainable business that can be passed on to future generations. Cherry Lawn Fruit Farms
Sodus, NY
Cherry Lawn Fruit Farms in Sodus, NY has been operated by the Furber family for five generations. Currently at 550 acres, the farm produces apples, peaches, tart cherries, and even hops! With SweeTango counted among the more than 20 varieties of apples that they grow, Cherry Lawn Fruit Farms’s roadside fruit stand is a top destination for fresh-picked fruit. Hours are 8:30am – 6pm. Zingler Farms
Kendall, NY
Zingler Farms is a 580-acre fruit farm located in Kendall, NY, along Lake Ontario. Owner Rudy “Mike” Zingler formed the farm in 1989 at the age of 22. Zingler Farms attends the East Aurora Farmer’s Market, which is located at the East Aurora Village Shopping Center on Grey Street in East Aurora, NY. Zingler attends the market every Wednesday and Saturday from June to November. The market runs from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. The grower typically begins selling SweeTango apples Sept. 8, with supply for the farmer’s market usually lasting until the beginning of November. Website | Map

Brown’s Berry Patch is located near the shores of Lake Ontario and features fresh picked & pick-your-own apples, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, peaches, quince, and pumpkins. The Brown family has been farming in Waterport since 1804, with a gift shop, bakery, deli, farm grill, ice cream parlor, and indoor & outdoor seating now available at Brown’s Berry Patch. Wood Orchard Market

Jim’s son Steve and grandson Jeff work together to grow about 200 acres of strawberries, raspberries, cherries and apples in Door County on the Door Peninsula in Northeast Wisconsin.
Steve’s wife Janice manages Wood Orchard Market just north of the village of Egg Harbor. The Wood Orchard Market brings you a truly unique, totally delicious, and “very Door County” shopping experience. The market sells much of what is grown in the orchard, including a unique selection of gift items, a large variety of delicious specialty foods, and products from the in-house bakery.
